b) Cancellation After Project Initiation: Once development work has started, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be considered, considering work completed and resources utilized.

5. Evaluation and Approval: Refund requests due to project cancellation will undergo an evaluation process. The assessment will consider the work completed, resources deployed, and incurred expenses.

6. Non-Refundable Expenses: Certain expenses, such as third-party software licenses, domain registrations, or other direct costs, may be non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund.
